There seems to be a dearth of bench supplies on the market that are both fanless (e.g. truly quiet) and have accurate current measurements. The BK1739 is certainly very quiet; apart from up to 2 relay clicks when initially setting the voltage, it makes no noise at all... which is a most welcome feature. The BK1739 current meter accuracy is specified as 0.5% plus 5 digits. I did some spot checks of the meter in the 0 to 15 mA range with a 34461A, and the BK1739 was always reading a bit low with a min of 0.198mA, a max of 0.298mA, and a median of 0.222mA. I'd welcome more accuracy, but it easily beats, say, the venerable E3610A. So, if that meets your expectations, this supply is worth a consideration.
