TechEdu offers packages for users of all levels.  Whether you do this as a hobby, or in a professional setting, we have something to meet your needs.  These come with many combinations of 3D printers, software, 3D scanners and replacement filament.   

Therefore, the first question is - what are you looking to get? 

These packages are not all the same, and have been created with different customers in mind.  Some are very basic, while others contain complete systems in a single purchase.

What are my options?

Printers – Cube and Cube Pro Duo
The Cube from 3D Systems is a high quality, dual extruder 3D printer, which enables you to use two filaments at the same time.  That means, in a single print, you can have two colors and two materials.  Able to print with ABS and PLA, this is a full featured machine, which can connect via Wi-Fi and has a maximum design size of 6"x6"x6".

The Cube Pro Duo is also a dual extruder, but adds the ability to print with nylon filament.  Nylon is extremely durable and has a high temperature resistance, making it ideal to build functional prototypes.  It also features a very large build volume, allowing you to create large designs in up to 70 micron resolution.

 

3D Scanners
Scan a physical object and print it out on your 3D printer – it’s that easy.  The scanned image is sent to your computer, and the software converts it to something the printer can create.  These are available as hand held products, as well as iPad attachments.


 

Software
Several of these value packs also include power software programs, specifically designed for 3D printing.

Cubify Invent enables users of all levels to create 3D models on their computer, which they can then print on the Cube.  You do not need to be an engineer, or have special training to create designs.  3D Systems created the Invent software to bring design to everyone.  Its intuitive, user friendly interface is easy to navigate and made so that you can just turn it on and begin creating.  It’s that easy.


 

Next, is the Cubify Sculpt software package.  As its name implies, you literally sculpt with this program.  Take a digital ball of clay, and form it to realize your vision.  You can form anything you want, and when it is done, simply print it out on the Cube.   Please see the video below for a visual demonstration.


 

Cubify Design is made for advanced 3D modeling.  With Design, you can create precise parts using sophisticated design tools, and can even build moving, interlocking, and articulated items.


 

Touch 3D Stylus
The 3D Systems Touch surpasses your desktop mouse, allowing a full range of motion – up, down, left, right, in and out.  This enables you to have full control within your designs – you can move through your design with ease and confidence, regardless of the complexity.
