Single Boom Stand with Base:The Single Boom Stand has a 10" x 10" base that weights in at 22.5 pounds, has a vertical column that is 17.5" in height and a horizontal extension of 26" (when used with a System 150 or 250 model) or 24" (when used with a System 350 model). The horizontal arm has a unique feature with the final 2-1/2" of extension being fine adjustable on a rack and pinion track controlled by knobs for precise positioning. In addition, a groove runs along the bottom of the horizontal arm (see image). A set screw in the mounting block extends into the groove to prevent the horizontal arm from rotating about its axis - for additional stability and safety. The focus mount has adjustable tensioning knobs and can be angled to 45° for angled viewing and inspection.
Dual Boom Stand with Base:The Dual Boom Stand has a 26"; stainless steel horizontal boom extension and a 17.5"; vertical boom mounted to a 10" x 10" die-cast base. Ball-bearing design allows fluid horizontal extention of the boomstand. The knobs move a metal bar on a rack-and-pinion track connected to a drop post/focus mount to provide this vertical extension. The focus mount angles to 45° to permit additional viewing and inspection perspectives.
