16-Bit Microprocessor Trainer with Experiments

Global Specialties Model GST-8086 is a robust microprocessor trainer designed to teach students the fundamentals of microcomputers, from basic CPU instructions to practical applications. The GST-8086 will guide students through the basic concepts of microcomputer programming and into hardware interfaces such as I/O, interrupts and data transfers. Experiments involving more complicated arithmetic operations, such as binary-to-decimal conversions, decimal-to-binary conversions, multiplication and division are also presented. Students will learn the use GST-8086's serial monitor allowing them to progress to more complicated 8086-based programs.

The trainer is designed for use with Microsoft Windows and includes hardware, software, computer interface cable and experiments.
