Manual

Features:

High precision leakage current and duration settings.
Allows no load setup of leakage current and test dwell times.
Once entered, leakage current and test dwell times can be referenced on the front panel display at any time.
Leakage currents can be set from 1-10 mA AC or 1-5mA DC in 0.1mA increments.
Dwell times can be set from 1-60 seconds in 1 second increments.

Small and light. 11.25" wide x 4.75" high x 11" deep. 16 lbs.
Leakage current and dielectric breakdown shutdowns can be defeated to allow troubleshooting of problems.
Simple test outcome judgement. Green lights mean pass - red lights mean fail. Failing tests sound a buzzer as well.
NIST Traceable Calibration Certificate to MIL-STD45662-A is included. Cal cert is in accordance with UL guidance.
Operation Instructions are printed on the rear panel for easy reference.
In-depth testing. Both true Arc Dectection and Leakage Current circuits test the product to find problems.
RED lights and a buzzer leave no question if a failure has occurred.

Description

A 5000V AC/ 6000VDC hipot tester that's easy to use and priced right. All the features you need but none of the ones that you pay for but use only once. Select AC or DC output via front panel button. Simple for production line personnel, easy to set up.

When a problem is found, the operator can defeat the leakage current limit and dielectric breakdown shutoffs to allow troubleshooting and analysis of problems with the DUT.

The HT-5000P includes precision leakage current and test time setup and viewing from the LED meter. Adjustment is made with no HV output.

$1695 with an included Calibration Certificate to MIL-STD 45662-A, manual and return lead. Always in stock. Ready to test out of the box.
